Return & Refund Policy – Khaira Fresh Supplier

At Khaira Fresh Supplier, we are committed to delivering fresh and high-quality products. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the perishable nature of fruits and vegetables, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery
  • You received the wrong item(s)

To be eligible, you must notify us within 12 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item(s) and the delivery package.

2. How to Request a Return

To request a return or refund:

  • Email us at info@khairafreshsupplier.com
  • Include your order number, photos, and a brief explanation of the issue

Our customer service team will review your request and get back to you within 24 hours.

3. Refund Process

If your return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), we will offer store credit or a bank transfer

Please note:
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. No Return Cases

We do not accept returns if:

  • The complaint is made after 12 hours of delivery
  • The product was damaged due to improper handling after delivery
  • The item is partially used

5. Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. Once it has been packed or dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
